  • Opened fragrance, perfume, oil, or cosmetic products.
  • Products unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.

3. European Union & UK – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
  • Opened fragrance or cosmetic products.

4. Eligible Returns

If an item is eligible for return, it must:

  • Be unused and in its original sealed condition.
  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery (where applicable).
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly through the Contact Us page and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (such as a damaged or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Customs & Import Charges

Shipping fees, customs duties, VAT, and import charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

9. Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges. If eligible, a new order may be required.
