DARLEVANT ships internationally. We primarily serve customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and many European countries.
Availability may vary by destination, and we reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain locations at any time.
2. Shipping Cost
Shipping is included in the product price unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
We do not typically charge separate shipping fees.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within up to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
During high-volume periods (such as promotions or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
For most DARLEVANT products, estimated delivery time is typically 7–11 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier conditions.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Scent Products (Fragrances): Due to international transportation regulations and carrier handling requirements for fragrance items,
orders containing products within the Scent category may require extended transit time.
Estimated delivery for scent products may range between 11–22 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier routing.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking may be provided when available. If tracking information is issued for your shipment, you will receive it via email or through your account order page (if applicable).
Please note that tracking information may update or change once a shipment reaches the United States and is transferred to a local carrier for final delivery.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices unless explicitly stated.
DARLEVANT has no control over customs procedures and cannot predict or guarantee whether charges will apply or how long customs clearance may take.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply to reship the order.
8. Delays & Carrier Issues
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our direct control.
DARLEVANT is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
9. Lost or Missing Packages
If your order appears to be lost or missing, please contact us as soon as possible through the Contact Us page.
We may request additional details to assist with an investigation.
If the carrier confirms a shipment as lost, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide clear photos of the package and items.
