For most DARLEVANT products, the estimated delivery time is typically 7–11 business days depending on destination.

However, fragrance products within the Scent category may require additional handling due to international transportation regulations for perfume and fragrance items.
As a result, delivery times for scent products may range between 11–22 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. DARLEVANT is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, carrier handling, or unforeseen logistical circumstances.

Tracking information may update or change once shipments reach the United States and are transferred to a local carrier for final delivery.

8. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
DARLEVANT has no control over such fees and cannot predict their amount.

9. Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers)

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfumes, oils, and skincare products cannot be returned. Food items are non-returnable once shipped.
